I just worked out with Lauren, and it was brutal. And I drank too much last night and didn't sleep well and guess what I'm about to go do? Yes, run. YOU HEARD ME. It's the last damn thing I want to do today but I'm going to do it because there is pride on the line!!!! No excuses Ogan, go do it!
